COLLEGE RideTRACK & CampusTravo Unified Regulations

Terms & Conditions

Campus Vehicle Regulations & Rental Undertaking Agreement

Effective Date: September 2026 • Platform: CampusTravo RideTRACK • Jurisdiction: Andhra Pradesh, India

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CampusTravo website, mobile application, platform, booking services and related transportation services (“Platform” / “Services”). By creating an account, completing verification, making a booking, selecting a vehicle/service, or clicking “I Agree & Continue”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and any booking-specific terms applicable to your transaction. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or book any Service.

Overview

COLLEGE RideTRACK Operational Protocols

Campus operational rules, security deposits, grace timing, and digital OTP hardware flow.

1.0 Deposit & Liability Options

Students booking vehicles through RideTRACK are given two options regarding vehicle security:

A. Standard Deposit

Requires paying an advance booking deposit (50% of the total amount). Unused deposit balances are refunded after complete and undamaged vehicle return.

B. Self No Objection Rule

Zero security deposit collected upfront. In exchange, the student agrees to 100% personal, financial, and disciplinary liability for any damage, loss, or delay incurred during the rental slot.

2.0 Return Deadlines & Late Overdue Charges

Vehicles must be returned to the attendant before the scheduled return window expires:

  • Grace Period: Exactly 15 minutes grace period is permitted beyond slot end time at ₹0 fee.
  • Tier 1 Overdue (15 – 60 Mins): A flat charge of ₹50 is automatically levied.
  • Extended Delay: Billed at ₹100 per additional hour until the End OTP is registered by station attendants.

3.0 Campus Code & Disciplinary Consequences

RideTRACK bikes are tracked on campus grounds. Triple-riding, speeding above campus safety limits, driving without helmets, or unauthorized sub-renting to non-registered individuals will result in immediate suspension of vehicle privileges and submission of student details to the COLLEGE Disciplinary Committee.

4.0 Start & End OTP Protocol

Every trip requires two-factor validation:

Start OTP

Provided by the station attendant at physical bike pickup. Entering this unlocks the vehicle timer.

End OTP

Provided by the attendant when inspection is complete at drop-off. Never leave the return station without entering your End OTP.

CampusTravo may use a verification-based security system.

5.1 Fully Verified Users

Where the User has successfully completed all applicable verification requirements, CampusTravo may allow the User to make eligible bookings without paying a Caution Fee.

The absence of a Caution Fee does not remove or reduce the User's obligations under these Terms.

5.2 Partially Verified Users

Where verification is incomplete or the User does not satisfy the requirements for the no-deposit category, CampusTravo may require a refundable Caution Fee before the booking is confirmed or the Vehicle is handed over.

The applicable amount will be displayed before payment.

5.3 Caution Fee Is Not a Limit on Liability: The Caution Fee, where applicable, is a security amount and is not necessarily the maximum amount for which a User may be responsible. Where permitted by applicable law and the applicable booking terms, additional amounts may be recoverable for verified loss, damage, penalties, unauthorized use, or other User-caused charges exceeding the Caution Fee.

5.4 Refund: Subject to inspection, outstanding dues, damage assessment and applicable terms, the Caution Fee will be refunded through the applicable payment method within the stated processing period. Any deduction must correspond to an applicable and supportable charge under the relevant Booking Terms.

In the event of an accident or emergency, the User must, where reasonably possible:
