Who can book?
SRM AP students sign in with CONNECT SRMAP. Staff, faculty, students of other colleges and visitors create a Campus Travo account with their e-mail. Everyone verifies their identity once.
How much do I pay to book?
Bikes: pay 50% to confirm and the rest before pickup. Cars: full payment to confirm. Some vehicles also offer "pay just 50% now" as a special offer — you will see it on the payment step. There is no booking fee.
Are fuel and toll charges included?
No. With or without a driver, fuel and any toll-gate fees on your trip are paid by you. They are not part of the Campus Travo price.
Can you bring the vehicle to me?
Yes, where doorstep delivery is offered. We bring the vehicle to your gate. For a self ride, you bring the vehicle back to our pickup point after your ride.
When is my booking confirmed?
Only after the payment is confirmed by the bank through a secure server check. If a payment is still being checked, the app shows it — please don't pay twice. It is settled automatically.
How do coupons and the balance work?
Your best saved coupon is applied automatically. If a coupon is worth more than a vehicle allows, the extra goes to your Campus Travo balance, which you can use on your next ride.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
It depends on the booking policy, which is always shown before you pay and on the policies page. Unpaid holds are released automatically.
What happens at pickup?
Come to the pickup point in your booking. The attendant gives you a one-time start code; you get a return code when you hand the vehicle back.
Is my data safe?
Identity documents are stored privately and only verification staff can see them. Passwords are encrypted and sign-in codes expire after a few minutes.
