When a coupon is worth more than the vehicle allows
A vehicle type may use only part of a coupon. The rest can go to your balance.
Some coupons have a limit per vehicle type. For example, a ₹100 coupon may allow only ₹50 off a bike.
The review step shows exactly what happens:
| Line | Example |
|---|---|
| Your coupon is worth | ₹100 |
| Used on this bike | −₹50 |
| Added to your Campus Travo balance | +₹50 |
The extra amount is added to your balance once the booking is paid, so you can use it on your next ride. If a coupon is set not to move the rest to the balance, the review step says the remaining value is not used.
