How fixed-destination trips work
Pick where you start and where you are going. The price is fixed and the driver is included.

Fixed-destination trips take you from one place to another — for example from the SRM AP gate to Mangalagiri or Vijayawada — at a fixed price with the driver included.
Book a trip#
- 1On the home screen, tap Fixed destinations.
- 2Choose where you start and where you are going.
- 3If more than one vehicle serves that route, pick the one you want.
- 4Pick a date and a time.
- 5Enter how many people are travelling (required) and add a note for the team or driver if you like — for example *2 big bags* or *call when you arrive*.
- 6Apply a coupon or your balance if allowed, accept the booking policy and pay.
What the price includes#
The trip price is shown before you pay, including any additional charge for the route. You pay the full trip price online to confirm.

The number of people and your note are shared with our team so the right vehicle is ready.
Frequently asked questions#
Can I book a return trip?
Book it as a separate trip with the start and destination swapped.
Can I change the time later?
Contact support with your booking reference as early as possible.
