After a completed ride you can tell us how it went. It takes a few seconds and our team reads every rating.

Rate a ride#

   Tap one of the five faces: 😞 Terrible, 😕 Not good, 😐 Okay, 🙂 Good or 😍 Loved it.
2. 2
   Pick quick tags — what you liked, or what went wrong.
3. 3
   Add a comment if you like and tap Send feedback.

Where to rate#

• The How was your ride? card on the home screen.
• My rides → Past — tap Rate on a ride.
• Inside the booking, after the ride is completed.

Change your rating#

Open the booking and tap Change. You can update your rating at any time.
