Forgot your password? Reset it with a code sent to your e-mail.

This applies to accounts created with an e-mail and password. SRM AP students sign in with CONNECT SRMAP, so their password is managed there.
Reset a forgotten password#
- 1Open Reset password.
- 2Enter the e-mail address of your account.
- 3Enter the code we send to that address.
- 4Choose a new password and sign in.
Change your password while signed in#
Open Profile → Change password, enter your current password and the new one.
Good to know
For your safety, codes expire after a few minutes and can only be used once. If a code has expired, request a new one.
Frequently asked questions#
I am a student and forgot my password.
Reset it on CONNECT SRMAP. Campus Travo uses that sign-in for students.
The reset e-mail never arrives.
Check your spam or promotions folder, wait a minute and request again. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support at support@campustravo.com.
