What is the balance?
Credit in your account from coupon extras, rewards and our team — usable on eligible bookings.
Your Campus Travo balance is credit in your account. It can come from:
- extra coupon value that a vehicle could not use,
- rewards, and
- credits added by our team.
Open Balance from the menu to see how much you have, what you received, what you spent and anything reserved for a payment that is still in progress.
Tip
Prefer not to show the amount on screen? Tap Hide — it only changes what is shown, never what you are charged.
