Book a bike step by step
From picking a day to the 50% advance — the whole bike booking in five steps.

Booking a bike takes about a minute once your account is verified.
Book your bike#
- 1On the home screen, tap the Bike tile.
- 2Pick a day. The calendar shows the next 30 days. Green means available, amber means filling up, grey means fully booked and red means closed.
- 3Pick a bike. Tap ⓘ on any bike to see photos, details, the pickup point and starting prices.
- 4Pick a slot. Choose a package (for example 2 hours, 4 hours or a full day) and a free time slot.
- 5Review and pay. Check the price, your coupon and balance, tick the rental rules and tap Pay … and confirm.
What you pay#
Bikes need a 50% advance to confirm. You pay the remaining 50% before pickup. Both amounts are shown on the review screen before you pay.
Good to know
Your slot is held for 10 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not finished in time, the slot is released for others.
Before you book#
- Same-day slots must start at least 15 minutes from now.
- The first step shows the current booking limits, for example how many bike bookings you can have in a day.
- If you have dues from an earlier ride, clear them first — the app shows a Pay button on the home screen.
Frequently asked questions#
Can I choose a different pickup point?
The pickup point is shown on each bike. Where doorstep delivery is offered, you can choose Deliver to my location on the review step. See Doorstep delivery.
Is a helmet included?
Bikes are checked before every ride. Ask the attendant at pickup about helmets for your bike.
