How slot holds work
Your slot is reserved for 10 minutes while you pay. Here is what happens if payment takes longer.

When you tap Pay and confirm, Campus Travo creates your booking and holds the slot for 10 minutes while you pay.
While your slot is held#
- A countdown shows how long you have left.
- If you close the payment window, you can pay again from the home screen or from the booking.
- You can tap Release slot if you change your mind.
If the hold ends#
The slot is released automatically and becomes free for others. You were not charged — nothing is taken until a payment succeeds.
Important
If your money is debited after the hold ended and the slot was taken, the payment is refunded automatically. See Payment pending, failed or debited.
