How payments work
Secure Razorpay checkout, and a booking is confirmed only after the bank confirms your payment.

All online payments go through Razorpay. You can pay with UPI, cards, net banking and other methods Razorpay offers.
When is my booking confirmed?#
Only after the payment is confirmed with the bank by a secure check on our server — never just because a page loaded. You see Payment received and the booking moves to confirmed.
Payment plans#

Some vehicles let you choose. When *Pay just 50% now* is offered as an Offer, you can pay half now and the rest before pickup. Some self-ride vehicles may also offer Pay at pickup under a self-responsibility declaration. The payment step always shows exactly what applies.
Good to know
The button on the review step always shows the amount you pay now, for example Pay ₹125.00 and confirm.
