Late returns and fees
Grace time first, then a flat fee, then a fee for each started hour.
Every booking has 15 minutes of grace after the return time. If you return later than that:
- 1A flat late fee applies for a short first window.
- 2After that, a fee is added for each started hour.
The exact amounts for your vehicle are shown in the rental rules on the booking and, while your ride is running, the app shows the late fee you would pay if you returned now.
Paying a late fee#
A late fee appears as dues on your booking and on the home screen. Pay it from there. New bookings are possible again once dues are cleared.
