Pick up with a start code

When you can pick up, how the 4-digit start code works, and what to bring.

When you can pick up#

Pickup opens 15 minutes before your slot starts. Your ride must start within 30 minutes after the slot start time, or the booking is marked as missed.

Start your ride#

Make sure everything is paid — the booking shows All paid. You are ready.

Go to the pickup point shown in your booking.

The attendant gives you a 4-digit start code.

Open the booking and tap Enter start code. Type the code to start your ride.

Good to know

Codes are valid for 10 minutes. If a code expires, ask the attendant for a new one.

What to bring#

Your phone with the booking open.
Your ID (and driving licence for self-drive cars).

Important

If something is wrong with the vehicle at pickup, tell the attendant before you start. We swap the vehicle or refund you.
