When you get a refund automatically, and how long it takes.

Automatic refunds#
- A payment that arrived after your slot was released is refunded automatically.
- A duplicate payment for the same booking is refunded.
- If we cancel a booking from our side, you are refunded.
How long refunds take#
Approved refunds take 7 to 12 working days to reach your original payment method. The booking shows the refund status: requested while it is being processed, and refunded once the money has been sent.
Good to know
Balance that was reserved for a cancelled booking returns to your Campus Travo balance straight away.
