How we keep rides and payments safe
Verified riders and vehicles, bank-confirmed payments, and private documents.
- Verified riders. Everyone verifies their identity once before booking.
- Checked vehicles. Vehicles are checked before rides. If something is wrong at pickup, we swap the vehicle or refund you.
- Bank-confirmed payments. A booking is confirmed only after a server-side check with the bank.
- Private documents. Only verification staff can open your ID documents.
- One-time codes. Rides start and end with codes from the attendant, so nobody else can start your ride.
